What is the standard shipping timeframe?
We typically process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 days, while international shipping can take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our performance cycling gear worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their local government.
What is your return policy for apparel and parts?
We accept returns on unworn apparel and uninstalled parts within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
How do I determine my correct frame or jersey size?
Each product page features a specific size guide. For frames, we recommend comparing the geometry chart to your current setup. For apparel, our kits are designed with a competitive 'race fit' which is tighter than standard athletic wear.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it moves quickly to our fulfillment team. Please contact us within 1 hour of purchase if you need to make changes, and we will do our best to accommodate the request before the item ships.
Are your frames covered by a warranty?
Yes, MASH framesets are covered against manufacturer defects for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from crashes, neglect, or improper assembly.
