MASH SF accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the original delivery date. We strive to ensure every piece of cycling gear meets your performance standards and personal style.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached to the garments or components.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
